Steven began his Real Estate career shortly after moving from the Palisades of New Jersey to Florida’s East Coast Waterfront in 1984. While working in conjunction with two of South Florida’s largest Developers, Steven observed an exclusive and in-depth education of both New Project Development and the Re-Sale market. Steven learnt early on the desirability, exclusivity and inherent value of Deep Waterfront Property.

Relocating to Florida’s Gulf Coast in 2000, with his Wife (who he met on Hollywood Beach in 1984) and young Son (then 2+ years old), Steven accepted a position with Prudential Best Realty, Inc, the Exclusive Representative for Gulf Landings Development Corp. the local Waterfront Developer of GULF HARBORS/ GULF LANDINGS located in West Pasco County bordering on the Gulf of Mexico. Since then Steven has been a trend setter and leading force in his Waterfront Community, a multi-million dollar Sales Associate year after year and Top Sales Associate.

Steven is a Member in Good Standings with: NAR (National Association of Realtors), FAR (Florida Association of Realtors), Hernando Board of Realtors, Pinellas Board of Realtors, West Pasco Board of Realtors, West Pasco Chamber of Commerce.

Steven is a Founding Member of Gulf Harbors’ Harbor Colony Architectural Review Committee.
