How does the listing search function work?

When potential clients enter their search criteria, instead of generating a list of properties, PromoterBook generates a list of agents and indicates how many listings each agent has that match the search criteria. The more properties an agent has that match the clients search criteria, the further up the results page they will be. This is why we recommend not selecting more than 2-3 Specialties. The more specialized you are, the greater the chances that potential customers looking for your "Specialty" will find you.
